Harry thought the time loop he, Ginny and Luna had been in for centuries had only brought him to a world where Hogwarts started a little bit later, or that for whatever reason he had missed first year but then Hagrid arrived to inform Harry of his parents being alive...despite him being at the Dursleys...due to some law that potential squibs must be sent away put in place after the Girl-Who-Lived killed Voldemort. Something odd had happened to say the least as he knew neither he, nor Ginny or Luna had died when the reset had happened, so was there someone else in the loop, or perhaps other kinds of time travelers...they didn't know.

It's on the third night of this charade that he dares to venture down to the dungeons, which is where he discovers his most hated professor, the potions master of the school, Professor Snape, has a horrible sleep schedule just like he.
