A laugh bubbled up in the back of Doughael’s throat and they inhaled some of the strange liquid they were submerged in accidentally.
They choked, trying desperately to get the sweet, thick substance out of their lungs.
As the panic rose in their throat, only one thought filled their mind as the edges of their vision turned dark.
