Summary
After spending his entire life tirelessly dedicated to medicine, our protagonist dies with the deep regret of never having fulfilled his dream of becoming a doctor and, above all, not having enjoyed his life. However, fate grants him a second chance by transmigrating his soul into the body of PJ Duncan, a teenager who has just moved with his family to a small town in Texas.
In his new home, PJ finds himself surrounded by unique characters who will change his life forever. Among them is Sheldon Cooper, the genius son of the neighbors, whose intellect defies everyday logic. Additionally, PJ meets the enigmatic and brilliant Dr. Gregory House, a doctor whose unconventional skills and methods inspire him to pursue his old dream.
In this new life, PJ must not only adapt to his environment and understand the dynamics of the Duncan family but also face the challenges of adolescence while trying to make the most of this second opportunity. With his previous knowledge and new friendships, PJ has the chance to rediscover the meaning of living fully and, perhaps, finally become the doctor he always wanted to be.

Summary
When Brooklyn-raised surgical intern Clementine Hart arrives at Seattle Grace Hospital, she brings more than just her razor-sharp medical instincts and cutting humor. As Clem forms unexpected bonds with the enigmatic Meredith Grey and her fellow interns, she finds herself drawn into the orbit of brilliant minds and even sharper egos. Between 48-hour shifts, roommate drama, and the constant pressure to prove herself, Clem discovers that in a hospital where the lines between personal and professional are razor-thin, connection can be as vital—and risky—as any diagnosis.
"Vital Signs" follows Clementine Hart's journey through the earliest days of Seattle Grace, exploring how ambition, attraction, and loyalty collide in the surgical crucible that transforms everyone who walks through its doors.

Summary
Born from a secret affair between Ellis Grey and Captain Montgomery, Meredith Grey-Montgomery’s life takes a sharp turn at five years old when a car accident leads to the truth of her paternity — and a custody shift that redefines her future. Raised in the prestigious Montgomery household alongside her fiercely loyal siblings Addison and Archer, Meredith grows up brilliant, guarded, and destined for greatness. With an eidetic memory and an IQ of 187, she races through school, earns her MD by 23, and enters her internship at Seattle Grace Hospital.
But nothing prepares her for the chaos that awaits: a hospital full of assumptions, a birth mother trying to make amends, and a charming plastic surgeon who refuses to follow the rules — especially the one about staying away from the Montgomerys’ baby sister. As Meredith rises through the ranks, earning Harper Avery acclaim and double certification in neonatal and neuro, her relationship with Mark Sloan goes from fiery tension to undeniable love.

Summary
Staring at the former head of General Surgery, Meredith can see that her Dad was right.
She definitely has her mother's eyes.
So did the intern right beside her, who Meredith assumed was her younger half sister.
Shaking her head, she smiled at them, paying no mind to the hospital staff that gathered to see what the commotion was about.
"Greetings, I am Meredith Elizabeth Grey," she paused, looking at the crowd. Some of them were now looking between her and the older woman standing next to the chief who arrived shortly, noticing their similar appearance. She saw a group look at her younger sister, Lexie, noticing the connection with their surname.
"And I am Seattle Grace Hospital's new chief of General Surgery and-“ she turned to look at man beside her fiancé’s best friend, who was smirking at her. The other man had an annoyed expression on his face, which Meredith assumed was due to Mark’s clear fondness for her. “Your new neuro attending.”
She turned back to her estranged mother, who was looking at her in anger and shock. Meredith smirked. “Did you miss me, mother?”

Summary
The year you spend as a surgical intern is arguably the most important.
It's what makes or breaks a Doctor and what separates the strong from the weak.
It's almost like a game.
There are rules and judges, setbacks and victories, challenges and trials and not everyone makes it out alive. My mother taught me how to play the game.
I was barely out of the womb before the scalpel was back in her hand.
I saw the inside of an OR before I saw the inside of a classroom.
The gallery was my playground and surgery was my game.I couldn't have been anything other than a surgeon if I tried.
She raised me to be extraordinary, but all I ever seem to do is fall short.OR
Meredith Grey really needs a hug and Addison is a bisexual disaster.
FINISHING MY MASTERS DEGREE BUT I'LL BE BACK

Summary
Osai Valentine fought her way through New York’s brutal ERs, earning her place as a surgeon with skill and sheer willpower. But she wasn’t just chasing respect—she was running.
Her former mentor, Dr. Alistair Holloway, wasn’t just a brilliant surgeon—he was a predator. For years, he manipulated, drugged, and played a game only he understood. Escaping to Seattle Grace should have freed her. It didn’t.
When the BAU arrives in Seattle, Special Agent Spencer Reid delivers a chilling warning: Holloway is under investigation. Former residents are vanishing, his influence runs deep, and he’s been looking for her.
Reid has spent his career dissecting dangerous minds, but Osai isn’t just a witness, she’s the one person who makes him hesitate. She challenges him, sees through him, and as the walls between them start to fall, the lines between protector and investigator, surgeon and survivor, begin to blur.
She swore she’d never be a victim again. But Holloway has never lost a game. And now, Spencer Reid may be the only one standing between her and the past she thought she escaped.

Summary
"I didn't eat anything last night. I was mad at you."
I was watching PP and Addison finished this quote off by saying, "And unlike Naomi, who I know has been very much on your mind these days, I do not stress eat," but my disordered ass immediately assumed she would say smth along the lines of, "Unlike Naomi, I don't binge when I'm upset, I starve,".
Soooooo that's exactly what y'all are getting. A fanfic about Addison struggling with an ED, featuring Meddison bc they're my favorite ship.

Summary
Meredith crawled out of bed In the middle of the night, being careful not to wake up her sleeping girlfriend. The blonde sighed as she looked at Addison’s peacefully sleeping face. The older woman was absolutely gorgeous, she even made drooling look beautiful. Meredith felt tears prick at the corners of her eyes as she turned away from the bed and walked into the bathroom with quiet footsteps. Only when the door was shut behind her did the intern let her tears fall as she looked at her body in the mirror. Her thighs were too big and her stomach wasn’t flat enough. She wasn’t perfect and Addison deserved perfection.
Meredith struggles with an eating disorder and slowly gets better with Addison’s support.
