Summary
A game of twenty questions? Thorin doesn't play games, but this could get interesting as Thorin and Raven learn more about each other, strengthening their bond.
In the light of recent events, Thorin wishes for his sister to join him at Erebor, and since he cannot leave the Lonely Mountain to assure her safe travel as he has plans to rebuild Erebor and Dale, Raven offers to make the journey to Ered Luin with Fíli at her side.
In order to rebuild Kingdoms, friendships and alliances must be forged, not just by Thorin, but also by Raven.

The Hobbit is what I based this story off of. A Thorin Oakenshield x OC you might really enjoy like I do, and I wrote the story! I decided this description needed a rewrite:
Fiery, stubborn, prideful, daring. I am all of those names, always have been. I never back down from a challenge, never turn away from my choice. I am determined to find my home. And, one day, I know I will.
I just never thought a handsome, stubborn, irritating, stoic, and annoying dwarf king would step in my way and tip me off that path I was determined to stay on.
I never thought he would take my hand, and guide me down a much better path than I ever imagined.

When Thorin's rule as King Under The Mountain comes into question 13 years after Erebor was reclaimed, Fili alongside Ori step up to assure their restless kinfolk of the future of their reclaimed kingdom by offering to marry and produce the next in line to the Throne Under The Mountain.
While having known each other since they were pebbles, both Fili and Ori will realize they have a lot to learn if their nascent friendship and arranged marriage have a chance of making it at all.
Can love grow amidst duty and remain, or was their idea all for naught?

Blue was the colour of the flowers Belladonna stitched onto the corners of his jacket — one on the left pocket, three on the right before taking him to watch the fireworks. The jacket itself had been red, naturally. That was a proper Baggins colour, sensible yet quite enjoyable, recalling autumn leaves, ripe apples, and, purely in Bilbo’s mind, ladybugs.
He tore it apart an hour later, chasing after one.

This is a concept fic/character study based mainly on my obsession with Thorin and Bilbo exchanging clothing colours (the Laketown matching cloaks being the prime example), except I pushed it a bit further.

After a quick slice to the hand, and a patch up from Ori after, Fíli sets out to befriend the scribe, to help him get over Kíli.
Then, the unthinkable happens, and Fíli finds himself with new emotions he hadn't expected, which becomes really inconvenient given that he thinks Ori is still in love with his younger brother.
