Summary
Tang Xuan and Li Ling are returning home for a pitstop in a Grandis-spanning publicity tour for the Esper Union when a booking failure leaves them stranded in a hotel room for an extra evening before they can return home.
The boys' interactions spark an uncomfortable chain of revelations in Tang Xuan, resulting in him needing guidance from Falken, a more mature voice who has been through what the young boy is coming to realise about himself.
Tang Xuan needs to reconcile his newly realised feelings for his friend, but doing so risks unearthing cold, bitter memories for all involved.
