Summary
Flannel half-buttoned, hair sticking up like he’d just rolled out of bed, stood a kid. His face was flushed, his hands trembling from the sprint.
“Uh. Hi.” His voice cracked, mortifyingly, echoing off the Vault walls. “Name’s Wrett Robinson. Val sent me. Said I was supposed to capture you.”
Or: Valentina's reached a new low, and hired a child to work for O.X.E. When she sends her youngest (and most inexperienced) operative, a speedster name Wrett Robinson, into the Vault, what happens?

Summary
On a mission gone wrong, the Thunderbolts uncover a young girl hidden away by forces who saw her only as a weapon. Her name is Morgan—a fragile child with the terrifying power to command the sea itself. Unstable and scared, her abilities could level entire cities if left unchecked.
While the team debates what to do, John Walker feels something he hasn’t allowed himself to in years: the pull of fatherhood. Denied contact with his own son, John finds himself fiercely protective of that child.

Summary
After the Thunderbolts, John Walker is trying—therapy, fatherhood, co-parenting, and holding together the life he almost lost. He’s oblivious to the fact that half his new team has adopted him as family… and that Bucky Barnes is very much in love with him.
Between Alexei sneaking casseroles, Yelena heckling like a little sister, Ava’s rare but pointed check-ins, Bob drifting in like a storm front and quieting the room just to stand in John’s orbit (because John’s steady hands and warm hugs anchor the Void better than any drug), and Sam trying to play wingman, John slowly learns he’s allowed to want things for himself.
Bucky just hopes he notices before the whole world figures it out first.
It turns out love isn’t a mission, and family isn’t a unit—it’s a branch that grows, if you let it.

Summary
The night flows, and even though John is tired as fuck – he spent the day with his son, helping him with football training – he feels that pleasant buzz of energy.
It’s around midnight when that kid walks in, dragging a duffel and looking like he hasn’t slept for days. Tall but built like a scarecrow, clothes a size too big, hanging off his body. John isn’t sure he’s legal. He doesn’t care that much – has work to do – but when the kid props himself on a bar stool and raises a slender hand, John walks to him and says firmly, “We don’t serve alcohol to minors.”

Summary
“Are we sure it’s him?” Alexei squinted dramatically. “I thought he hated all this ‘rainbow nonsense.’”
John flinched.
“What are you doing here?” Bucky asked, confused. “We thought you weren’t coming.”
Kate crossed her arms. “Actually, we thought you were... y’know. Kinda anti.”
“Homophobic,” Yelena supplied bluntly, sipping a lemonade. “That’s the word.”
“What?!” John said, blinking. “You—what?”
Bob gave him a look that wasn’t angry—just deeply hurt. “You shut down so hard yesterday at breakfast, man. We thought… we didn’t know what to think. You didn’t say anything.”
Or the team invites John to a Pride fest and he says no so they think hes a homophobic dick but really he was already going wirh his es wife and kid, and he doesnt know how to come out to the team as gay, demi, and using he/they

Summary
“Listen here, Captain Suburbia,” you sneer. “Anyone with two functioning eyes could see your kid bodychecked mine like it was hockey practice.”
“Well, the ref didn’t see it that way. So move on,” he snaps back without missing a beat.
“Absolutely not! This is about accountability.”
“There’s no need to give my kid a red card just because your kid—” John starts, hands gesturing like he's trying to explain away a traffic ticket.
“Don’t even finish that sentence,” you fire back, jabbing a finger at his chest. “If you even imply that she was overreacting, I swear I’ll—”
He holds up his hands, that smug look never leaving his face. “Hey, relax. Just saying, maybe things wouldn’t get so dramatic if you stayed on your side of the field.”
You narrow your eyes. “Funny, I was just thinking the same about you.”

You and John's kids are in the same soccer league, and after you get into an argument on the field over your kids, you start seeing him everywhere. It's hate at first sight.
