It had been 7 hours since Scar had set out in search of snow to do some terraforming on his base. 2 hours since Grian had put an all-call out in the main chat, asking if anyone had heard from Scar and saying that he was worried. 2 hours since Impulse had volunteered to go look for him around the coordinates Scar had given Grian. 1 and a half hours since Impulse had arrived at the mountain to find the entire thing covered in a white-out blizzard.
As he stumbled around in the snow shouting Scar’s name he knew that the chances of finding him were slim. He also knew that the chances of a respawn malfunction were marginally higher in temperature based deaths than in regular deaths. The other hermits weren’t that worried though, obviously. Given the weird looks Pearl and Mumbo had both given him when he volunteered, yeah, they definitely didn't see it as a threat.
