However, this doesn’t stop Nightingale from subtly laying her claim on Chief in front of the Sinners. After some back and forth in ways that fly right over Chief’s head, an agreement is made: She is willing to share, if she’s present to keep an eye on the process and if no one overstays their welcome.

Past. Identity. Belonging. These are the things that Arthur, the current Shepherd and the Chief of the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control, had no knowledge about. Awoken from a container and then thrust to fight against the tides of mania every single moment, he never had the time to consider whether he belonged somewhere or not. As a result, his already numbed heart grew colder every day; until one day, he stopped feeling anything.
