Summary

Summary
When Evan “Buck” Buckley saves a child from a freak bird attack, he’s surprised to find the responding animal control officer is none other than his best friend, Eddie Diaz. That’s a problem. Eddie isn’t supposed to be in LA, he’s been on hiatus from the 118 for months while taking care of his son, Christopher, in Texas. Emboldened by their chance meeting, Buck sets out to mend their relationship in hopes it’ll develop into something more.
