The earth's resources are slowly being used up. Green is a crewmate, helping out on a spaceship by completing maintenance tasks given to her by scientists searching for things of interest. The gist of it is that she lives on a space ship for a few weeks, returns home, gets paid big money, and never talks about the trip again. Easy right? Yet the events that unfold on the ship make her second guess trusting anyone ever again...
On the ship, Green meets the other 9 crewmates on board with her, and soon gains knowledge of beings called 'imposters.' Aliens who have their sights set on gaining control of the ship and killing the rest of the crewmates in return. Green is disturbed and kept on edge by this info, as she and only 3 others know about the imposters. Instead of this being a simple trip for the money, it becomes a matter of survival. A murder mystery game. She has to face her new friends being murdered within days of meeting them. There's no evidence besides everyone's word. On this ship, Green plays a game of life and death. And in this game arises 1 simple question within her: Who are the crewmates, and who are the imposters... Among us?
