Barry Allen really began to spiral with everything going downhill. It started with Eobard Thawne going after Leonard Snart right after he thought he killed Barry Allen. Flash felt better with the Rogues, felt safer and he just didn't know how to feel with everything. So, he stays, because he can't seem to tell Leonard Snart no, and he knows that's the best decision he's ever made.

"You shot me," Barry gasped as he tried to reach the bullet just below the wing of his back. He spun and looked at Joe West with shocked eyes, "You actually shot me." The hurt and betrayal didn't leave his words or face, he couldn't believe it.
Joe's small guilt look hardened once more. He gripped his gun tighter and stared at Barry. "You hang with Rogues; I'll treat you like a Rogue."

Todo esto fue visto por su hija, Bernadette "Betty" Allen, quien fue encontrada poco después a unas cuadras de distancia de su casa, para cuando todo terminó la pequeña niña vio a su padre ser arrestado por el homicidio de su madre, y nadie le quiso hacer caso cuando ella trato de explicar lo que vio.

Summary
So, a guy from our universe dies and gets resurrected as someone in a TV show. Just like every fanfiction. However, our guy is resurrected and goes into the body of Bruce Wayne, AKA The Batman, in the CW. Our guy loves the CW, and he didn't like the fact that we never saw Batman at all, just glimpses of the Dark Knight. So when he's resurrected as Bruce Wayne, AKA Batman, he goes into his body after dying at the hands of Joker, but right before killing him. Instead of leaving Gotham like Bruce Wayne in the original timeline, he decides to stay in Gotham and continue fighting as the Batman.
However, he soon discovers that the events of him killing Joker were different from what he could piece together from the original timeline. In the original timeline, Bruce killed Joker during Season 2 of Flash.
But somehow, in this universe, he kills Joker years before Oliver Queen gets stranded on the Li Yin Lu.
That's not all, he has to go through a ton of changes and weirdness that never happened in the original timeline, all the while posing as Bruce Wayne and protecting Gotham as Batman as well. Not only that, but, he has to make a crap ton of life changing decisions that will affect the universe, literally.

One day, a new speedster shows up, offering her the chance to be part of his team to take over Central City. The new speedster, Zoom, was terrifying to Dinah, his black suit and blue lightning a horrifying combination. After taking over Central, he forces Dinah and a few other metas to another Earth.
At first, Dinah enjoyed the challenge, the thrill. The her of this Earth went by the Black Canary, a relatively new hero. There was also the Green Arrow. An Arrow that Dinah could recognize immediately.
