“She's overreacting, I'm fine. I just breathed in a little bit of some kind of powder. So did a lot of people. I feel fine.” Wriothesley scoffed. “I just wanted to come up here for our budget report and Sigewinne decides that I need a babysitter.”

Beyond this though, is getting together and healing. The mind has an odd way of starting to process things we would rather forget when we finally feel safe.
In other words it's the story of Wriothesley finally feeling safe and all the emotions that come with that.

What was once a bright, icy blue was now a clear, opulent nothing. Like Kaeya’s dirtiness had been cleansed from the Vision itself. Like a fairytale has been lifted. How breathtakingly tragic.

Just like that; any remaining familiarity has been sucked away, and it was like he was looking up at a stranger.
OR: A year after Kaeya meets Dainsleif in Sumeru, he shows up in Angel’s share, telling him that his father has taken control of the Abyss order and is targeting him. With Diluc’s growing interest in the situation and a hot ginger Harbinger showing up in Mondstadt; to say Kaeya was overwhelmed would be an understatement.

Teyvat wasn’t the first world where its residents had a second presentation. Alphas, betas, and omegas were not a foreign concept to Lumine. Yet, she still struggles to fully grasp why— according to the people of Teyvat and past planets— her scent is considered to be “alpha-like” when by technicality she should be considered a beta.
Lumine can only make vague guesses, but to her, they didn’t hold water.
Whatever the reason may be, she decided it would be best to respect local customs to wear scent patches and perfume to hide her natural scent from omegas or ballsy alphas. Though she might get comments from time to time about her apparently strong scent, the occasional confession from omegas and glaring stares of alphas were significantly less from when she first awoke on the shores of Mondstadt. Overall making her journey easier.
At current though, Lumine thought her natural scent being hidden was greatly agitating the yaksha who was clinging to her waist with an iron grip

A blue heat flashed in his eyes.
Or, Lumine discovers that Childe's hydro abilities can offer her pleasure beyond compare.
