Lady Kaede blinked once in surprise before she nodded. “Yes, that’s right. All places you lot traveled around the most. The demon howled and demanded that we ‘return his bride to him’ or he would steal one of our pack until we did.”
“Return his bride?” Sango asked. “Just, who does that thing think is his bride?”
"Isn't it obvious?" Miroku asked, eyes locked onto the storm outside.

When I find nothing to reply with, I turn to my default settings. Being an asshole.
“Watch it next time, wench,” I mumble. My permanent scowl remains on my face, feigning boredom. On the outside, I’m a mask of complete indifference.
On the inside? I’m freaking the fuck out.
Her beautiful ocean orbs widen and her shock is palpable.
Then she really surprises me.
Plump lips twist into a sneer while she crosses her arms over her chest. I swallow the groan rising in my chest as her arms push her tits up.
“It’s Kagome. Ka-go-me. Not wench.” She speaks low and enunciates every word like I’m a toddler. Her cheeks burn with anger.
It’s the sexiest fucking thing I’ve ever seen.
A voice deep within speaks to me, paralyzing the blood in my veins.
"Mate.”

Captain Inuyasha Taisho of the SS Tessaiga and his crew are on a mission to collect shards of the Shikon Jewel, a power crystal that grants ultimate power to anyone in the galaxy who can control it. While there are those who want to gather the shards and destroy the Jewel, there are others who seek it to gain its power.
Inuyasha and his crew are returning to their home planet of Musashi with Jewel shards in tow when they are attacked by Naraku, the most dangerous space cartel lord in the galaxy. The crew barely escapes, but during the battle, their ship is badly damaged. Inuyasha and Kagome, the ship’s Shikon Jewel researcher, are dispatched to the ship’s hull to disable the ship’s main operating system to allow Sango to make repairs, but Naraku finds them and sends his minions to attack, triggering Inuyasha’s yōkai side. Will Kagome be able to talk him down? And will they be able to make the necessary repairs and make it back to Musashi with the shards AND their lives?
