An old legend once told by Sasori's sensei turns out to be true. The Myōmoto Clan really does have the ability to become immortal with the proper sacrifices. A Myōmoto by the name of Jashin is trying this ability out on outsiders and slowly building a cult around him. When Sasori attempts to take a Myōmoto girl to be his puppet, the life he envisioned for himself unravels like old thread.
This is the story of the sister of Jashin, the betrothed of Hidan, and, she'd like to think, the daughter of Sasori of the Red Sand.

Hidan and Kakuzu were meant to be defeated so that Jashin could further infect the only place that was soaked in shadow chakra.
Konoha ninjas weren't known for their political finesse, which Jashin took full advantage of. Their trust in the system and desire for peace became their undoing. Even when they gradually realized that the cards were stacked against them, they were still oblivious as to what caused it.
