Summary
A few months after the attack on the council, an enraged Caitlyn decides to take action against the blue-haired menace that is Jinx, using all of the power of the enforcers for it. Unfortunately for her, Jinx was counting on it and plans around Caitlyn's rage, using it to fulfill her very own scheming.
