This is my own spin at AFO Izuku. He will have an overall weaker version, so he’s not going to stomp everyone effortlessly even if he wants to. I feel like without the limits the story would get boring very quickly.
Also, the 1A class will be very different, containing bits of 1B, other schools and an OC. All in the name of originality.My other two fics.

Summary
Izuku has heard whispers of The Dealer before. A mysterious figure rumored to be the one running the criminal world of Japan from the shadows. Someone with the power to give and take quirks. Depending on where those rumors stem from, The Dealer is considered something different. To Heroes, and the average citizen, The Dealer is a monster. To those with villainous quirks, or mutations, he is a broker. To the quirkless, he may as well have been a saint. Of course, this was all a myth.
At least it was. Then Izuku sees something himself, something that can be explained by anything else, and suddenly those myths hold real weight.
For all that The Dealer is a villain, as far as criminal overlords go, all one needs to do is look at Italy, and Egypt to see just how reasonable Japan’s shadow leader is. Maybe, just maybe, if he can cut a deal, the number of lives a truly useful quirk could let him save would be worth it…
Izuku was never a betting person. But excluding his own quirklessness, he did have a fair bit of luck. Perhaps it was time to push it.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku was 4 years old when he started seeing. A world hidden deeper, full of colours that only he could see.
Mocked and belittled by his peers for his weak abilities which only showed him a random canvas of colours, he tried in frustration to squeeze his quirk, to pull an iota of use from a seemingly useless power.
Midoriya Izuku was 5 years old when he resolved to master his quirk so that no one else would be hurt by his carelessness ever again.

However, he couldn’t predict when in the past, only that it would emerge from the same spot. Luckily for him, the person who discovers the capsule is the perfect candidate to wield this great power.
