"First of all, my jokes are the best," his tone is smug, but the sparkle in his eyes betrays any hint of seriousness in his words. "Second of all, that was the plan all along," he raises their joined hands to kiss the knuckles, smiling at the incredulous huff he receives in response.
"You're an idiot," Kyle whispers, gently squeezing his hand.
"I'm your idiot," he responds immediately, releasing his hand to wrap his arm around his waist.

“Yes, sweetie, you’re very good at planning things.” Erica nods, reclaiming the coffee mug she had abandoned at the start of the conversation, and for a moment, the redhead feels the tension leave her shoulders. “Boring things. Like the when to pay the apartment bills or taxes.”
“Do I need to remind you who planned our last vacation?” she asks through gritted teeth, clenching her jaw tightly.
“The hotel we stayed at and the itinerary. I planned all the fun stuff,” Erica counters, setting the mug aside.
“Your funeral is the next thing I’m going to plan if you don’t shut the fuck up,” Kylie retorts, leaning back when Erica tries to take her hand.
“See? Boring things.”
This year, is Kylie's turn to plan their Valentine's date. Things don't always goes as planned.

Resignado a participar a la fuerza en el estúpido intercambio, Kyle mira el cuenco, cierto recelo brillando en sus ojos al notar que quedan pocos papelitos por lo que las posibilidades son limitadas. Rogando que le toque alguien fácil de regalar o, al menos, a quién conozca más allá de un saludo cordial en los pasillos, mete la mano en el cuenco tomando uno de los papeles. Satisfecha, la mujer sigue su camino para repartir los que quedan, y él mira el papel en su mano con una sensación repentina de fatalidad, lo que no tiene mucho sentido porque ¿qué tan malo podía ser?
Al desdoblar el papel se da cuenta que la respuesta es que puede ser muy, muy, muy malo. Escrito en la letra cursiva de la profesora, demasiado elegante en su opinión por ser de quién se trata, lee el nombre de Eric T. Cartman.

Summary
Resigned to being forced into this stupid exchange, Kyle eyes the bowl, a hint of reluctance in his gaze as he notices only a few slips remain, meaning his options are limited. Praying that he gets someone easy, or at the very least, someone he knows beyond just a casual hallway greeting, he reaches into the bowl and pulls out a paper. Satisfied, the teacher moves on to distribute the remaining slips, while he stares at the paper in his hand, an unexpected sense of doom settling over him. Which doesn’t make much sense because how bad could it really be?
As he unfolds the paper, he realizes the answer is: very, very, very bad. Written in the teacher’s overly elegant cursive, too fancy, in his opinion, considering whose name is written in it: Eric T. Cartman.
“You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me,” he mutters under his breath, dropping his head onto his desk with a soft thud.
