(Ramble On, Led Zeppelin, 1969)Robert Plant and Jimmy Page find each other in the high Atlas mountains in Morocco. Their long, colourful lives lay almost behind them. Scenes from the past flare up like flames flickering in the fireplace. Both have experienced heights few humans have ever known and lows as deep as the Mariana trench. They have carried each other's fires. Sometimes it has burned so low it was barely there. Then again it was ablaze like a beacon on a dark mountain top at night.
They have lost and found each other. It is time to revisit their lives, but for once add the most important part, the "red thread", and yet, the part, that has been hammered into their heads must remain unnamed. It is time to burst the Zeppelin bubble and be honest, at least with each other.-

This story is set in the early seventies but Robert is a lot younger than he actually was at the time (13-14) and he gets guitar lessons from Jimmy, except Jimmy’s not as nice as he seems.-

"Yeah, wait'll you hear him. He's playing it on a guitar." That roadie, Steve, was in charge of Lindsay's instruments.
"So? That's what a guitar's for, man."
"Yeah, but why isn't Tris playing it?" Steve was incurably partisan.
"Alex can get a tune outta one. You know that."
"Alex's a singer. Singers sing."
"Ah ha, he's singing too. You just wish Tris could sing..."
"Tris don't need to," rejoined Steve's voice as both roadies leapt off the stage apron onto the floor, becoming inaudible and leaving Klaus transfixed with outrage behind them."No mercy," Alex warned him. "No quarter." He knelt over Tris's supine body.
