Link grapples with his forgotten past and his identity, all the while trying to uncover the mystery of Zelda's disappearance, and come to terms with Sidon's sudden engagement. Something's bound to break, but work is never done for the Hero of Hyrule.

Summary
Link and Zelda defeated Calamity Ganon five months ago, and despite their issues readjusting to normal life, their most pressing issue is their inability to talk like normal people. In the last few months, they have spent almost all of their time together, going as far as to live together, but despite this, they have had almost no conversations deeper than their everyday goings on. Zelda is guarding herself, refusing to go any deeper than the surface, and Link doesn't know why, but it hurts nonetheless.

“Oh, love.” Zelda reaches for her, gathering her up and Malon finally lets herself fall apart in the arms of her dearest friend.
