Vegeta, in the process of a divorce, moves in with his old friend Broly in order to find his feet. At the same time, another new tenant moves into the building by the name of Piccolo. A namekian and writer returning to his home town to try and write his memoir.
There's a tonne of tags but to sum up: Vegeta's recovering from his failed marriage. Piccolo is recovering from a hellish life in general. There are many pairings and casual sex in between them meeting and getting together but they will get their happy ending and help each other grow.

Summary
Last time on Dragon Ball Divinity, Goku Black had accidently traveled to an alternate version of Future Trunks timeline. Inadvertently saving Future Gohan from dying in the process. He soon made friends with Gohan, Bulma, and especially Trunks after killing Androids 17 and 18.
But the peace soon ended as Zamasu arrived and teamed up with Black after defeating Gohan, but due to his time in the future, Black became conflicted and turned against Zamasu. Defeating him with the help of the young Trunks. But due to his betrayal, Gohan and Bulma couldn't trust him and thus ended their friendship. Which leads us to the present.
