Summary
“Angela’s words are on my hands,” Jane says, admiring the gentle cursive. “Every time I use them, I’m reminded of why I need to be successful - to keep us all safe and secure. No matter how many people I need to cheat.” He leans in, taking her hand and pressing it against his chest. “Your words are on my heart, darling. You were meant to make me a better man.”
“You’re saying that if I give in, the streets of California will be safer." Lisbon huffs, rolling her eyes at him. “That feels like blackmail.”
He smiles. His saintly soulmate. How lucky he is. “As you like,” he replies, full of affection.

Summary
There is a chimera, hiding underneath layers of fish and weeds. It laughs in his face and shines its stripes, a tiger burning bright in dark black waters. He will not stop, until he reaches that monster down beneath.
—blood leaks into the water, but it's already dark red. No one can tell. No one will notice. He smiles, and their attention shifts to him- unconsciously. It's unconscious, but he has already won.
(The chimera swims past their boat- but he is the only one who notices. They are too busy looking at him to notice the looming shadow that obscures the sun.)—Or, Patrick Jane is driven forward only by revenge. It is the only thing he has, and it is easy to lie because of it. (Manipulation is even easier.)

Summary
This is a collection of I guess episode ideas if the show were more sci-fi and/or supernatural related.
Patrick Jane’s whole shtick is that he doesn’t lie about being psychic. Because he’s not. Actual psychics don’t exist. Neither does anything else in the mystical world. At least not to his knowledge. Being one from the circus, he often assumed everybody who claimed to be of the mystical or magical, was lying or severely mentally ill. So he’d say it wasn’t his fault for not believing a scared, lost kid when they told him that they didn’t kill those three people last night. Being covered in dirt and blood while handcuffed to a hospital bed wasn’t the best look when you’re trying to explain to a professional bullshitter how you’re innocent. Jane knew that. The kid knew too. And yet, they still kept adamantly trying to steer the suspicion off of them. Jane would say it wasn’t his fault for not at least trying to understand the kid’s point of view because it was so obvious that they were suffering deeply with mental illness. But what scared him more was the fact that despite claiming they had nothing to do the homicides, he could see deep down they knew they did it and they didn’t know why.
