The greatest irony in the world would have to be that you, the Captain of the Hyperion, had something like a bad case of motion sickness while piloting a giant aircraft made for war. If your job wasn't already hard enough, combine that with the possibility of your breakfast going everywhere during a mission, and it was no wonder that you felt awful after literally any mission. As a means of an escape, and to recover from feeling ill, you regularly took an obscure trail on St. Freya's grounds. It was quiet and peaceful, a great way to relax after all the stress you had to endure.
Unbeknownst to you, your little peaceful walk was about to get far louder, and not in the way you expect.
