Summary
This is not a warlord or vampire-related story. It is merely a confession that needed to be told. A passing of the flame, so to speak. This month is the month I am reminded of two friends I lost early on. The reasons I lost them are not relevant, nor are their life stories. But they were different. They were the kids I was not supposed to hang out with. The older, rebellious, outcasts, metalheads, that smoked and were brutal and violent. The bad seeds. The ones that were not to associate with a quiet, nice girl.
This is dedicated to the memory of my two dark angels. My two fallen angels. Many came after them, but they opened the door.
To all the different angels out there. You matter. You bring about change. You make the world more interesting and full of potential. You spread the fire. To those that help angels rise up and dust their wings off, you keep the flame alive. Hats off to you.
Break the silence.
Embrace being different. Care not what the world says. Accept people. Learn from people. Breathe people and become light.
