But nobody came up to tell him what the hell had happened when he was gone, so he stayed quiet.
Venus hated being left in the dark.
But he let Mercury and Mars handle it, occasionally sparing glances at Earth’s orbit where there were always at least two celestials present alongside the Earth.
It sucked for Venus, as everyone was right there in Earth’s orbit, yet he was too afraid to go and talk to any of them.
He was pathetic.
OR
After Earth has another attempt (without Venus realizing) it leaves Venus alone, isolated, (scared), and thinking about his own past experiences.

"I hated every second of it. I felt every bomb, every grenade, every tank, every gun, and, and-" He didn't notice that he was breaking down. Were those... tears? "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I shouldn't be crying-" He snorted.
"My earthlings... I love them. That's obvious, right?" To which most planets nodded to him, sympathetic.
"But while they are in the middle of their war; fighting, dying, surviving all over again, I was just-" He gasped.
"You were... what?" Mars asked patiently and empathetically.
He tried to breathe properly, to stop crying. He didn't need to cry, he was fine. That's right. He was fine. He didn't need the same person who he hurt try to comfort him for something as stupid as this.
"I was just their battlefield." He finally said.
Or, Mercury decides to host a group therapy session for the whole solar system.
This takes place after the episode "The Earth is heading to the sun!?", but before the terraforming Mars arc.

CALAMITY — An interesting word… Though, if you tell me that I’ll have to use that word to describe my home in the near future, I would’ve sent you off the edge of the Kuiper Belt.
Unfortunately… that’s what’s become of my home. A series of misfortune and calamity, all because of some stupid moons felt like they were looked down upon. I mean, I don’t blame them for thinking that of the gas giants, but did they really have to go that far?
When those little squirts were born, the gas giants took favor to them. Favoritism always leads to demise, I would know, I was there favorite once, too. And now look at me, homeless, and devoid of any emotion towards the inner planets. What were the moons hoping for? Equality? Pssh. Yeah right.
All I wish for is the warmth of my motherly Sun again, maybe then will I be able to correct what was wrong in the first place. -Shiva
