Ordering her Guard Dog to investigate the matter thoroughly, unconvinced of the legitimacy of the workings of the Ministry of Magic, she wants to be assured that the criminal is found and detained appropriately.
Harry Potter meets a new student while staying in the Leaky Cauldron after blowing up his Aunt Marge, trailed by odd servants and with outlandish ideas. He doesn't seem to want to play by the usual rules of Hogwarts at all.

This finds its way to one moody potions master- who quickly realises nobody else will do what he has been asked to do. This leaves Severus tasked with pulling them both from the grips of Dumbledore and his intricate plans- whilst finding his way with a troubled little boy who can't help but steal his heart.
