Summary
So Mi is trying to live after being cured of the Blackwall's corruption, but her nights are plagued by nightmares and her days feel like every minute she spends breathing is nothing but stolen time - as if her life doesn't belong to herself, but someone else. The same someone in her nightmares. The same someone who's probably dead by now - and So Mi knows she killed her as assuredly as if she'd pulled the trigger herself.
It was supposed to be easy.
So Mi had spent so long learning how to stop caring, how to stop letting people in.
She wasn't supposed to fall in love with the woman she was going to condemn to death by her own betrayal.
Then she gets a postcard saying that V is still alive, that Johnny Silverhand is gone - but it only bought V less than half a year by the time So Mi receives the postcard.
But she's alive.
Alive.
And if V is alive...
There's only one place for So Mi to be. Only one thing for her to do.
A week and a half later she buys a one-way ticket out of Tycho Spaceport and back to Earth.
Back to V.
So Mi has an apology to give, a debt to repay, and maybe - maybe - one final confession to make.

Summary
Black rain pouring and battering the windshield, sky the shade of gray above her. She doesn’t know how long she’s been sitting in the car. Not like it matters, not anymore.
“I tried,” So Mi chokes, staring blankly ahead. “I really did. But I just…” she shakes her head slightly, blinks, a glimpse of tears and sorrow in her eyes, “I can’t go on without you.”
She pauses. Her lips part in depressing truth. “I can’t forgive myself for what I’ve done.”
There’s a moment of silence first, followed by a faint shuffle. A half breath then. “I know,” Song hears back.
Stuck on the Moon, So Mi gets a voicemail. The voice is V’s; she’s desperately asking for help. Her help. Unable to escape her guilt, Song settles on finding her, whatever it takes.
Only problem is that tracing the voicemail’s origin leads her back to the Blackwall.

“Johnny didn’t show up in my peripheral anymore. Didn’t talk back. Didn’t kick and scream for a cigarette, rinse me for crushing on Judy, beg me to swallow pills, give me unsolicited shitty advice. But I could still fucking feel him. I hated him for it. I hated even more that I missed him.”

How many people has she done this with? Dozens, probably. She's a master of getting people into her web, Panam bets. With the way she's looking at Panam so patiently, that sly little smirk on her full lips that she could just—
Fuck. Alright, so maybe something might happen between the two of them tonight.

Summary
‘Death in a corpo panzer is worse than death on foot for one specific reason. To die in a Basilisk is to die connected to somebody else, to force them to experience death as well. It reminds V of watching that Maelstrom gonk die in the BD Judy showed him, feeling the very moment when the light goes out of someone’s eyes, still connected to their cooling corpse, your own heart hammering in sympathy as theirs stops forever.
“V?” Panam asks, right beside him and so far away. His head spins and aches, vision going blurry. His ears ring. “V, c’mon!”
V tries to answer her, maybe even manages to garble together a response, but he feels himself slipping, the mind shattering pain tearing along his skull. He can hear Johnny yelling, trapped in a machine like this, a corpse moldering silently beside him. “What the hell is that?” Panam shouts, as if she can hear it too.
“Johnny,” V manages to groan, before his vision narrows to pinpricks and he collapses back into his seat.’

Summary
V’s life is in ruins — scorched earth and broken pieces he’s not sure are worth picking up. With a brain parasite counting down the days and Johnny Silverhand always in his ear, he’s just trying to keep moving, one mistake at a time. He’s gruff, closed-off, and far too good at pushing people away — especially the ones who try to help. But some don’t scare off so easily. Some stay. Kerry stays. Not because V asks him to, but because he sees what V won’t — something still worth saving beneath all the damage.

Summary
Post Tower ending Fix It.
V couldn't bring herself to turn Songbird in, she understood she was just trying to survive on while on the brink of death, after a life of being used, abused and manipulated, her Freedom stripped and Twisted into a living weapon. V would have done the same thing in her position.
The pair of dying women shared a bond no one else in this world would understand. Surprisingly Reed lets them go.
Eventually V watched the shuttle take off and Accepts her fate. Johnny took that time to self reflect, he had noticed her sacrifice and would follow the same path.
Days Later a certain someone "convinced" Myers that V is owed the cure she was promised for saving the President's life. The surgery doesn't pan out as promised. V wakes up to find 2 years have passed her by in what felt like a minute, and learns the complications of her new life, forced to abandon the old one. V still felt as if something was off, like she wasn't given the full truth. Her distrust in the FIA leaves her skeptical of the aftermath.
This is probably going to be my longest running story and a slow burn, but I promise You'll all get that ending I mentioned in the tags!

Summary
V knew that his heart was in the Badlands, quiet and peaceful with nothing but a couple dozen friends nearby. The only thing that was keeping him back was Johnny, and wanting to make sure that he was around as he adjusted to 2077 and the new Night City.
“Aldecaldos called me today,” V started cautiously, “invited me to join again.”
“So?” Johnny shrugged, “they do that a couple of times a year.”
“They do,” V agreed, “and, uh…I think I want to go.”
“What the fuck do you mean you want to go?”

“I don't have a lot of time so I'll keep things short: this is a rescue mission. Price isn't an issue, I owe her everything. Details are on this shard.” The proxy removed a shard case from a sleeve pocket and slid it over.
In retrospect, the aging edgerunner legend wasn't that surprised to see its contents. She'd always liked the kid but V had been a magnet for some of the weirdest shit she'd ever seen.
Rogue sighed, “Death really just isn't what it used to be, is it? OK, let's talk specifics.”
“There's one more thing,” the proxy began. “For this to work, we're going to need Johnny Silverhand.”
