Servant Iori in the Edo Singularity doesn’t have his memories of the Waxing Moon Ritual, but he can figure out what must have happened by the way that everyone treats him. He has to contend with what his wish must have been while dealing with Takeru’s connection and Ritsuka’s unrequited crush.
While being with Takeru, he realizes their role in his human demise. This is the story of how a bond of understanding grew corrosive, and why Iori still stays.
This fic is a tribute to my most interesting yet painful TM dynamic - the two unlucky people of TM, one abuser and one victim bonded together. I will maintain my take even though nobody else admits it.
