Summary
A phantom thief resides in the city of Copper-9. He comes baring a dark, leafy outfit, a calling card his only warning that you will have your most precious treasure be stolen. Or maybe he'll be merciful and play a simple prank, for he is a fickle being.
But underneath the mask is a kid just trying to get by. He has to deal with low income, bullies at school, teenage angst, and more. But he's determined to get through it, and one way to do that is to run atop the roofs of houses and buildings, doing jumping tricks as he carries his loot home for the day.
The risky, daring nature of this 'job' gives him a thrill, and puts some much-needed cash in his pockets.
