Summary
Yu Ziyuan is reborn into Gusu Lan Sect. By some stroke of luck, she manages to befriend Lan Xichen while he's in seclusion and enlists his help to see her son, one last time.
alternatively, Yu Ziyuan tries to play matchmaker with his own son once he sees he's thriving but miserable. What better way to do that than to pit the hot stud Lan Xichen on to him, though she refuses the idea at first.
