It'd happened before, only he’d promised Mam even more earnestly this time around that he’d save the number only for emergencies.

Inspired by Touhou Project youkai. Tsukumogami are spirit youkai that inhabit inanimate objects. In this case, these two have not only taken an object form but also a human form. They have a joint cord connection, because they're speakers. It stretches from one body to the other with a split in the middle for the microphones.

“What the fuck did you do to him, you dickhead?” Bonehead asks, and Noel’s stomach twists. He has no clue how he’d even know that it was Noel’s fault, but maybe it was fucking obvious. Maybe his guilt’s written on his fucking face, like how it feels it is. Noel bites back, and it ends up being a right screaming match, the band against the two of them, because of course Liam is on his fucking side, no matter how guilty it makes Noel feel. There was never a chance of them being on opposite sides in this.
