Odile knew climbing the House and defeating the King would be difficult, and she prepared for every possibility. She expected traps and sadnesses, but what she didn't expect was for her allies themselves to start behaving differently. The higher she gets in the House, the stranger her allies become, and she keeps having... flashbacks? Memories? Of another reality. One where something very, very bad happened.

Equipment and weapons persisting across loops turns out to be a very useful ability as Siffrin works his way through the House of Change.
But this leaves a very important question – How persistent is the party’s equipment?
This seemingly harmless boon soon leads to some… complications. Somebody is beginning to deviate from the script.Odile is perceptive. Too perceptive. She doesn’t remember the loops, but she begins to notice something is off with the books she carries around. Were those notes always there? Is it… describing tomorrow’s final expedition into Dormont’s House of Change?
Perhaps there is something she can research, after all.In short: Siffrin still loops. Odile doesn't exactly remember, but everything written in her notebook is preserved between loops since it's technically her equipment. Complications ensue.
Oh also that Title is going to be subject to change. Still workshopping it, I definitely want to change it to something more thematic.
