Summary
Our world has advanced considerably in the last two centuries. Countries have mostly fallen by the wayside, replaced by semi-autonomous Megacities. In Pacific MegaCity, which covers most of the old western U.S., Game Freak is about to unveil their latest and greatest, possibly last true masterpiece alongside Sony-Nintendo's newest, true virtual reality console.
Set partially in Pacific MegaCity in the year 22XX, and mostly in a semi-future, semi-AU reboot of Kanto (other regions possible in future), Truth and Lies explores the dangers of a society that thrives on class warfare, hedonism, and capitalism run rampant... and what happens when those people are put into a much cleaner, more 'natural' world. Only one thing is truly certain, though. Separating Truth from Lies will be harder than any of them expect. -

Now The Project has called them back asking for help with a multi-regional criminal organization known as The Syndicate. The heads of the Syndicate are the worst of humanity; their goals nothing short of chaos. Then there was something The Project found called the Time Spring. A fountain of youth, so to speak. Which Maty and Johnny find out with first-hand experience.
Now de-aged, they have to find a way to stop the Syndicate from world domination, along with similarly de-aged Pokemon. But war is brutal, and the losses may just break Maty for good.

After being tasked with guarding a mysterious map that appeared in the Batcave alone, Damian catches an intruder trying to take off with said map. He intercepts the boy with snow-white hair and glowing green eyes, and a battle ensues. Everything comes to a head when Damian pierces the boy and the map with his katana, activating the artifact and sending them across dimensions to a world filled to the brim with super-powered animals of every shape and size.
With a map now ripped with its shreds spread across the world, injuries, and nothing but the clothes on their backs, the two teens must work together to get back home.
Too bad Danny’s core is injured and slowly healing, making his ghost form go through some changes that makes everyone think he’s something called a Pokémon! And with poachers, researchers, fighters, the police, gangs, and rich people coming after them left and right, their mission has only gotten more complicated.
However, in the background, their Pokémon friends are dead serious about getting these two emotionally constipated humans to just admit their feelings and date already!
