She ran as fast as she could, her feet and legs ached from the constant running, but it was either that or losing her life, or worse yet, losing the precious package she was carrying. Behind her she could hear the loud footsteps of her chasers, they were ruthless, seemingly tireless, they wouldn’t give up until they had caught her, she knew that her legs would soon give in to the stress and fail her, she had to act fast, she briefly stopped, looking around in a panic, she slipped inside a ruined building, probably an old house and hid there, sitting behind a wall, trying to silence her labored breathing, she heard the sounds of running footsteps getting closer and closer, louder and louder, had they seen her run into the building? Was this the end for her? She closed her eyes, hugging the object she carried in her arms with force, the footsteps got louder, she could hear them right next to her and then…

Minami is the son of the sea witch, Wadanohara. Like her, he loves the sea and wants to have adventures in the surface, however he isn't allowed to do it until he finds a familiar to protect him. Luckily, he meets a shark girl that could become his familiar, and his friend!
His father, Samekichi, still regrets everything that happened to his brother, and feels he's not raising his kid correctly.
While they both live their regular lives with their family and friends, on another side of the sea...

Summary
Many Moons after the return of Wadanohara’s trusted one, the two had decided to settle down; The Couple’s powers were only needed for emergencies. During this time, the Sea Kingdom had become popular, and more fish and others had moved into Deepsea Town. And, during all of this, Samekichi and Wadanohara had made three beautiful children.
Two of the Three were Fraternal Twins with each other. The one that looked like his father was named Samekishi, And the other who looked like The sea witch was called Umikoume. And last but not least, a boy with the spitting image of the great, famous, and powerful Sorcerer Meikai was named Meikai Jr.As the children grew up, Samekishi began training to become his Shark form (He has trouble doing so), and Meikai Jr began his sorcerer training under Chlomaki. And Umikoume had not yet discovered her ability until she stressed panicked unleashed a power.
It is now up to Umikoume and her new friends to travel vastly around the Great Blue Sea to find the answers she has been looking for.

Summary
This takes place a few years (not exactly sure, but I'm thinking seven), after the Wadanohara reboot. Sal had apparently died from his injuries, while Samekichi said goodbye to him. Wadanohara and Samekichi have been enjoying a peaceful life in the Sea Kingdom since his return home. They even have a child, Minami. All seems well. That is until, one day, Samekichi comes home and cannot find his wife and child.
