Bruce Banner's life since the Battle of New York had consisted of being an Avenger...and working feverishly to try NOT to be one. Recently, however, as he reluctantly admits his alter ego is useful to have around in a fight, his research has turned towards being able to control the Other Guy when he has to let the monster off its leash. Although he refuses to give up, it's not going well. His peace of mind isn't helped much at all by the presence of their lab assistant, who is entirely too confusing and hasn't the sense to be afraid of him.

A Vento Aureo university AU because I really needed one. I considered choosing a real location, but I decided to create a fictional university and I wanted the atmosphere to be a bit old-school, I guess. I love the beauty of those old, castle-like colleges.
The first couple of chapters might be a bit slow, but I have a lot of ideas and hopes as the story progresses. Also, plenty of shipping (romance, smut, fluff will all be present). Warning for death in an upcoming chapter.
