Prompt: Coffee shop Au where the owner is increasingly concerned about the amount of caffeine this customer is ingesting.
Derek returned to Beacon Hills with his sister once she’d finished college. He’d attended business school for a few years and decided that he’d open his own coffee shop: All Hale Caffeine - Laura picked it. They had gotten the shop up and running while visiting his uncle who was slowly starting to get better and working on rebuilding the old house. After all, it was time to start living again.
Stiles Stilinski was 17, a spark, and just trying to finish high school. That proves impossible when his best friend gets bitten by a rogue alpha. Queue the Hales entering their lives as Stiles and Scott deal with the mess they’ve found themselves in. At least Stiles is getting good coffee out of this ordeal - if only the Sourwolf owner would stop commenting on his health.
A Season 1 AU Rewrite - where the Hales return two-ish years before season 1’s events. Peter doesn’t go insane, Scott still gets bitten, and Stiles already knows about the supernatural world. Oh, and Derek had actual therapy while in New York.

Summary
This is just something that has been in my files for a long time, and I don't think that I'll ever finish it. So this is truly just a half fleshed out outline for a story that could have been. I mean, I could try to finish it if people like it. I just would need that motivation. The summary I came up with is as follows:
Stiles thinks he's been able to see ghost since the nogitsune. It started when he noticed two ladies following Derek around, the problem is-- no one else sees them? Stiles decides not to say anything because he's already been the Beacon Hills freak of the week, he just wants to return to normal. So he tries, that is until the ladies notice that Stiles can see them. They begin to ask Stiles for minor favors, all for Derek-- and if Stiles wasn't in love before, he definitely is now. The ladies are ecstatic as they believe Derek may be in love with him too. Stiles isn't so sure. All the while, Derek and Stiles both try to deal with their grief. Only Stiles can help Derek with his, but it seems only Allison can help Stiles with his. -

“I can’t be here in the morning,” Derek tells him.
“You mean my dad can’t see you leaving.” Stiles grins and imagines Derek slipping back out of the window in the pre-dawn hours, sending one final bright-eyed glance at him over his shoulder.
Here, in the bed, Derek shifts closer, his knee nudging at Stiles’ thighs and Stiles wonders how he’s supposed to go back to sleep under these conditions.

Summary
Stiles had made many decisions in his life. Good and bad and horrendously bad. Mexico had been bad. He had made the wrong choice, had had to live with the consequences until he graduated, until he could run from Beacon Hills and not look back.
He had known at some point that the call would come, he knew at some point he would return, thrust into another life or death situation with odds stacked against them, confronted by his past and the one person he had desperately tried to forget.
Derek had left Beacon Hills on a revenge mission, so sure he wouldn’t return until he had killed Kate. He had thought he was invincible, that finally, he could lure her away from Scott, from his pack, from Stiles. He had thought he could protect him. Six years have gone by and Derek is back in Beacon Hills. The circumstances have changed.
Things become dire, Stiles comes back and Derek hasn’t seen Stiles in years. They haven’t spoken about all the unspoken things they definitely should've spoken about. Time has passed, made a delicate distance between them that feels like, with one wrong move, it could rip everything apart.

Summary
Out of range of Derek’s enhanced senses, he lets himself reflect on the night before as he drives. The feel of Derek’s hot mouth on his throat, his chest, his mouth. The way his solid frame felt behind Stiles as he stripped him down, as he begged Derek for everything. Begged Derek to stop the ache, fill the need. It was a fire burning him alive from the inside out and Derek’s fingers were the ice cooling him down with each touch. Derek had felt it too, had growled in his ear about all the things he was going to do to him, how his body was made for Derek and only Derek. He makes it to his driveway before he finally lets the tears fall. Sobs wreck his body, and he just lets it out, knowing he’s out of earshot of any nosy wolves. The crying doesn’t help the pain in his body, but it brings a whole new type of pain, the ache in his heart sharp and heavy.

You don’t have to answer the question, but if you don’t, you have to kiss the person the bottle lands on. What could possibly go wrong?

If there was anything that the pack could unanimously agree on, it was that if any of them was going to make something of themselves and maybe even live a peaceful life outside of the supernatural, it would be Stiles. "We just wanted you to be happy," she conceded. "But this isn't the person you were supposed to become. This isn't the Stiles we waited to come back to us."
Stiles was silent for a moment before he found the right words. "I was happiest here, Laura. And I didn't get a say in whether or not I got to stay. I got shipped across the country to another pack and not one friend to turn to. I had to make concessions for the loss"

Summary
Stiles likes to joke that they should put bells on the wolves so they wouldn't sneak up on him. Instead, somehow, Peter manages to turn it dirty and put a bell on him. With a collar.
That, at least, makes Stiles finally reevaluate their relationship and realize that Peter had been flirting with him and courting him for months.
