Summary
Through neglected corners and murmured secrets behind locked doors, Regulus had never imagined he’d actually run away from home. At least, not like this. Yet all it took was a single text to Sirius, and now he found himself on the quiet outskirts of York, standing before The Lions Palace.
What was once only a name in history had become, somehow, home.
But home had never looked like this.
The manor breathed with its own strange rhythm, its shadows too patient to be accidents. And as Regulus settled in, cautiously wary, he found that the deeper he wandered, the more doors began to open.
