The history of the human species could be divided at many different points in time. On the current day, it ought to be by comparing the period before and after the first appearance of the quirk factor. Thanks to such a phenomenon, we, the human race, saw the rise of figures such as All For One, the greatest villain to have ever been born; we also saw the rise of the greatest heroes, such as All Might, Endeavor or Nana Shimura decades before the former two.
But it is because of that, sadly, that we are never a species that finds itself safe. Great heroes fight to secure our safety, but great villains seek to eliminate that very thing for self-indulgent, egotistic, and unsavory reasons; we ought to ensure their wishes never become a truth, for as long as Hero Society exists, that will never occur.

Summary
The Sludge Villain is capture without any interference and Izuku instead finds himself catching the attention the #9 Pro Hero.
But things are not as they appear as Ryukyu seems to have peculiar interest in him as well as a complex history with his father, and seems to be quite knowledgeable in regards to the boy's awakening draconic abilities for some reason. But that might be the least of Izuku's worries as a dangerous new player appears on the scene, one who is disregarding all the unspoken rules between heroes and villains and is bent on spreading as much terror as possible.
But soon enough the world will witness what true might is and see why dragons are the only true apex predators in all of existence.
Oh, and let us not forget about the five girls slowly worming their way into Izuku's heart, each one representing one of the five major alignments of good, evil, neutral, lawful, and chaos.
