A poem that is not quite a poem. It is the broken thoughts of a girl witnessing terrible things unfolding before her, as she and her father took flight from her intended doom. A tale of spilled blood and terror.
This is part of a larger unfinished story, of a girl and her father attempting to escape the armed clutches of a cult (that sacrifices children) that tried to kill her as a sacrifice. Her father was one of the cultists that initially tried to sacrifice her, but regained his sanity and therefore, at the very last moment, decided to free her and try to get her to safety. The rest of the cultists and their guards were armed, thus why her father had to fight them.
TW: Gore, (Graphic) Violence, Deaths, mentions of murdered and dead children, mentions of being drugged (non-consensual) or using drugs, maybe more morbid stuff I forgot.Update: (5-1-2022) added missing verses in Chapter 2, but not the bonus chapter.
