Summary
“It's not even a thought, Laudna. I'd trade my life for yours in a heartbeat."
Laudna grabs her hands and guides her to bed. Imogen follows dutifully. "Then I'll take you up on that. I need you, my dear." Her voice is sweet and pleasant. "More than you know."
Imogen lays wrapped in Laudna’s embrace in a bed that feels more comfortable than she’s used to. The exhaustion comes instantly. She sleeps.
She sleeps and she dreams.
---
A thin veil exists between dreams and reality. Laudna's resurrection sparks wonderful and unforeseen repercussions which blur that veil. One of which severs an old tether and fosters a new one. As a tether binds two people: one awake in a reality where temptation can be blinding and the other brought back to a reality where the harsh adjustment of what she's lost still lingers. -

Summary
"Your body was destroyed, FCG, I'm so sorry. There wasn't much left to repair. Pike had to cast a different spell for you. It built a new body for your soul to return to. We couldn't choose what kind it just.. The magic is really old."
Everything falls away a bit, like his vision has gone funny.
"I'm breathing."
Letters just says, sort of hysterically and mostly to himself as the words escape on the exhale of his breath.Theres light on his lips, his face, the swell of his chest as he breathes in, out; is he doing this right? Will he suffocate if he doesn’t?
"But I don't know how to live a real life."
---
Pike Trickfoot Casts Reincarnate on Fresh Cut Grass to bring him back to life, and now he has a lot to learn and get used to in their new body. Thankfully, he wont have to do it alone.
Aka, 4k words of Ashton and FCG being unbearably soft for each other.

Summary
Orym skirts Imogen and Laudna’s room, unable to bring himself to peer inside. There’s an ugly twist of emotions in his chest when he thinks about Laudna waking up to Imgoen at her side, when he considers the hopeful vigil Imogen holds, knowing Laudna won’t be asleep forever.
He hates the jealousy that burns inside him, but he can’t stamp it out.
On top of that is the guilt he feels for being here, on his feet; fine, more or less. Every time he closes his eyes he sees the hell Laudna was trapped in for days. Because Fearne chose him . He can’t help but think she chose wrong.

“Laudna, you’re back. You’re home. We’ve got you,” Imogen’s voice keens next to her, and her vision goes out of focus. It’s impossible to move. Impossible to speak anything more than a name her mouth is innately familiar with forming around: Imogen, Imogen, Imogen.

Summary
The skull-like visage of Delilah turned towards her, her teeth baring in her skeletal jaws, both vacant eye sockets boring into her, seemingly sending an angry glare her way.
She glared back, defiant.
The purple shadowy form let out a low chuckle, raising a flickering arm at her, black necrotic energy once again gathering in her hand and her eyes widened. The moment she felt Delilah release the blast of energy, she immediately rolled and ducked behind a pile of broken rocks nearby. The beam of energy sailed past her, singeing part of her sleeve, before disappearing into the air.
Or that scene in C3E37.
