Summary
This was a story I wrote as an event for the Sudrian Library, a Discord server based on TTTE/Tugs Fanfiction. I was quite slow on writing unfortunately, but the thought counts I reckon.
Anyways, I decided to write about Rosie because of the simple fact the USA Tanks replaced the E2's, so having one come to Sodor would naturally be a great threat to Thomas. I decided to rope Neville in as well because with his Southern Railway heritage, he likely saw both sides of the conflict to an extent.
