“So is Elwin,” continues Rodney, very, very calm. Almost detached. “Anabella betrayed Rosaria. You are all that’s left bearing the name and blood of Rosfield.”
For the first time, Clive speaks. His voice is a broken rasp. “I don’t want it.”
