Summary
A new scientist is assigned to Z-13's case, taking the lead on his physical wellbeing and encouraging development of his altered abilities. Alternately, Sebastian's distrust of doctors is challenged by a well-meaning nerd that likes to talk about fish.
Story takes place pre-canon and follows their developing friendship/relationship up to the Blacksite lockdown.
