They both stared at each other, Warden on the ground, clutching at his freshly marred face as blood dripped from in-between his fingers. Auditor stood over him, chest heaving as his brother's blood cooled on his fingers. They held an expression of shock on both of their faces.
It was just so sudden.
Abandonment fresh in his heart, Doc finds himself the only one willing to look for the closest person he has to a brother. In the midst of the grueling search, it entangles him in matters that neither him or the Employers would have expected.But despite those stakes, one thing remains true to him.
Doc has to take Auditor home.
