For a long year, Sora has been missing.
Everyone is losing hope until the remnants of a heart arrives to the Realm of Light. Thinking it's Sora, the scientists at Radiant Garden quickly give it a body, only to find it's not Sora at all...
But, boy, does he look similar.

Vanitas gets a vacation inside Sora’s heart even when he's away and somehow ends up as a burden to the Guardians of Light, eventually finding out they need him to pretend to be the Hero of Light for a while to appease the world's order, and he doesn't say no.

Vanitas dies at the end of KH3, but because I want to give him a happier ending, he finds himself back alive at the Keyblade Graveyard. He decides to go find the Guardians of Light, because if he can't forge the X-blade, then maybe messing around with them is a good second option. Things do not go as planned.

Summary
A being intended once to be a clone of Xehanort, begins her journey. Her quest is to find pieces of her heart that have been scattered among the worlds within the sea of stars, alongside her brother Korey and her 'guardian' Kosei to seek out others. The shards contain extreme amounts of light and darkness, easily manipulated by the ones who need its qualities the most.
The trio soon meet up with Head Mage Christa, a spunky girl with a deep past who seeks Sora's whereabouts, and Maymie, seeking revenge for her father's questionable actions.
The Replica Nikki battles between Darkness and Light. Darkness offers safety, comfort in rage. Vanitas struggles to keep her strung along with his plan, to fully consume a world and call it his own. Namine remains patiently awaiting her in the Light, remaining stern in the face of her former adversary.
Will the worlds be lost to destruction from the shards?

Strong and deft fingers meet its head, scratching around its antennae, and it can't help but shake exitedly all over, pressing closer to the hand on its head as a sound rumbles through its chest, one that it didn't even know it could make.
A delighted gasp sounds above it, and The-One-With-Master's-Face widens his eyes, his hands stopping their scratches to cup around its face and squish it together a little, leaning down even closer until his nose almost touches its snout. „I didn't know you could purr!“ he whispers gleefully.
Sora cuddles with an Unversed. Vanitas is not amused.

Ansem created a clone of his former friend, Xehanort through the ruse of someone named the Master of Masters. "Bring a being once so ingrained in darkness into a world full of light. There you shall see answers to your lifelong questions."
Fearing it's ultimate outcome, he decided two major changes would occur: it would be an infant, and the dna would be spliced. Part of the former master, and part from Subject X.
A small girl, unnamed is formed, ready to experience the world from a brand new start.
But a student on the cusp of graduation becomes concerned, fearing the worst from this small child. For the greater good, he does the unthinkable.Events occur before KH1 and end relatively close to the end of KH3.
Mostly a story that introduces my OCs, concepts and story elements with some of the main characters from the series involved! Enjoy!
Rated for some strong language and darker topics.

Her eyes are soft with sympathy and understanding. Her voice is heavy with the weight of having repeated something over and over. Her hair, soft and blue and falling just past her chin, is haphazardly tucked behind her ears and held in place by small sprigs of blue-white flowers.
She’s very blue, he thinks, absently. From her hair to her eyes to her clothes. He hopes she likes blue. He thinks it would be sad to be so much of a colour you didn’t like.
He wonders what colour he is. Then he shakes his head slightly. He’s pretty sure that’s not how it works.
