A week after that, Tony was invited to his first party, where he had his first sip of alcohol, and loved it. He got wasted, then he got high, then he woke up in a bed that wasn’t his with two girls and another guy, none of which he knew. He didn’t remember most of the party, until his parents called him two days after it in the middle of one of his classes, screaming at the top of their lungs about the covers of four separate magazines, each featuring a photo of him taking part in various compromising activities.
In one, a boy was holding a cigarette to Tony’s lips. In another, he was kissing a girl. In the third, he was downing a beer bottle, and in the last one, he was missing most of his clothes.
