What if Wilson didn’t leave House alone after finding him unconscious after overdosing on oxycodone & alcohol in 03x10 Merry Little Christmas?

Summary
Wilson simply frowned, putting things together quicker than House would have liked. He opened his mouth to speak, then said nothing. His outstretched hand found its way onto House’s right arm, lightly clutching the skin.
House watched, his eyes trained on the man’s watch of all things, since it felt like forever since he had actually paid attention to what time it was. The clock told him it was 6pm; hardly late, yet hardly early either. It made him come to a realisation, at the very least.
Wilson - the man who was now moving his hand off of his arm and grimacing as the blood stringed between his fingers - was still currently on call. He was supposed to be at work, but he was here. He was here, helping him.
God… he really was stupid.

While the patient’s life is on the line, Wilson finds his concern drifting towards his friend and his current detoxing whilst out of work. After enough radio silence, he finally decides to go and see what he can do to set things right.

Canon Divergent to S3 EP 10 - Merry Little Christmas, in a way. What if Wilson had stumbled upon House in the midst of harm’s way instead of Cameron?

Major Episodes & Arcs in House M.D if House & Wilson were actually meant to be a thing in the show from the beginning.
Very much a little thing I did for fun, hardly passes for a real fic, but I thought I might as well put it somewhere!

Summary
After Tritter lost in court against House, he wished him good luck and told him he hoped he was wrong about him.
During the case, House suffered from a detox and to deal with the pain he cut himself.
Now, if it worked once against pain, why not again? If it wouldn't work, he'd resort back to drugs anyway. What's the harm?

Summary
But even so, for the last time, the two begin to talk about patients without a care for rest of the world.
Not that Wilson would knew about it.
House didin't told him. Didin't show any signs. At least he tried not to. Didin't even wrote a goodbye note.

Summary
Later that night, much later, after Coma Guy’s heart has been successfully implanted, House buys Wilson dinner.
“Your need to be needed is so strong you give people what they want - ” House puts one hand on Wilson’s leg, “ - what they need - ” he props himself on his good knee and slides his hand up Wilson’s thigh, “ - what they think they need - ” he touches Wilson’s suprasternal notch, the faint hollow between the wings of his collarbones, and trails one finger up Wilson’s throat to his jaw.

Summary
‘‘Greg’’ it’s strange to hear his name from the other’s lips, too used to just being ‘House’ [...] ‘‘this is… this is a big deal. Are you going to…? Would you like to…?’’ it’s also strange not finding any satisfaction in leaving him speechless.

A recount of season 3 (Tritter's arc)... but is an Omegaverse.

Summary
Although House knew that he probably deserved his friend walking out on him, he feared the thought of being alone. Alone and in pain again. He could already feel the pain beginning to return full force and he knew that he himself wouldn’t be able to handle it right now.
“Wilson”, he managed to croak. Gosh his mouth was so dry, and his voice sounded like sandpaper. Struggling to keep his eyes focused House saw his friend stopping but not turning around. Damn why did all this have to be so hard. Their whole situation was so messed up right now. He wouldn’t beg, he hated begging and Wilson knew this. But he also knew that he needed his friend to be here.
“Jimmy please”, he finally whispered, swallowing his pride.
Or: What if Wilson hadn't left House after he found him on the floor and they actually talk about the whole Tritter mess? Lots of pain, anger and emotions on both sides. And some fluff of course :)
