Milo Morris had a normal, boring life, until Avery Sommer came into it. On a walk with his cousin, Milo learns of Avery nearly vehicularly manslaughtering a young girl. He recognized the name from a letter sent by his friend Oscar, who said to leave all of his stuff to Avery in the case of his death or disappearance. Worried that Oscar is suicidal, Milo tries to find out more about Avery. Milo tries to convince Oscar to stay away from Avery, but it seems that Avery has a strong influence on Oscar, and is unable to cut her off. Once it seems that Avery no longer has a grasp on Oscar, he suddenly shuts himself up after some time of acting normal. Will Milo figure out the strange connection between Oscar and Avery? (A modern day high school AU of Robert Louis Stevenson’s Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde).
Side note: this is in a script format. There will be long chapters (scenes) and ones that are only a couple sentences long. Depending on the response to this, the author may rewrite it in a novel-esque format. Also, if you couldn't tell from the summary, every character has a different name. There will be a name guide at the author's note of the prologue. Also also, Hyde (Avery) is genderswapped.
