Summary
A young girl who’s hardly old enough to process the situation she was thrusted into just wants to get by day to day without dying, but the eternal and physical struggles of the post Nuclear war ridden Commonwealth are starting to become suffocating and draining the very spirit from her once bright soul. Maybe it’s best if she ends her journey on her own terms instead of allowing someone else to make that decision for her.
Nick Valentine thought she was just another case to close, and that this will all be over in a blink of an eye. But after getting to know a little more about this teenage girl with incredible human capabilities and a tragic past that alludes to something much more sinister at play, he decided he wasn’t willing to let such a young life end so quickly nor let the monsters of the wastes get their claws deeper into her poor soul.
Aka- I give Detective RoboDad a very traumatized and shattered child that he’s completely unprepared for to take under his wing. Now he must learn how to care for a kid and attempt to help her pick up the broken pieces of her life and soul and breathe new life into her.

Quinn King was better working with animals than with people. It was why she had worked as a dog handler in the military, and now again with the FBI. Or rather, that's what was supposed to happen. Story of her life, and how she can't seem to catch a break.
The Commonwealth is not a forgiving place nor is it for the faint of heart. The King twins, however, aren't quitters and will chase the ghosts of the past to find out their place in this wasteland future. And who knows? Maybe they'll get those answers and more along the way. The world has gone to hell, the bombs have dropped and Nora and Nate were put on ice. But when Shawn gets taken, no one dies. There's a few people still alive, they just... need to wake up is all. Follow Nora as she gets opened up to the world again and follows the trail that her husband left behind. She follows clues and rumors to find out where her missing child is, and takes a Sole Survivor of the Vault along with her because she made a promise that they'd stay together.

Techno reached out with his gloved hand, throwing it to the ground and gripping his knife. The body fell onto the grass, leaving a small exclamation from the zombie as it was pinned.
“Wait!” a voice cried out. “Wait, wait, wait please!”
Techno stalled, watching the zombie move its mouth and form words.
He immediately did a scan and saw the green tint to the body’s skin and the dulled glossed-over eyes on his face. Techno felt no warmth underneath his leather glove and moved his eyes over to the zombie’s shoulder where the skin had been ripped open and was rotting.
“Hey- look, mister, I didn’t mean any harm- I’m trying to- to just-”
“How are you talking?” Techno asked what looked to him to be the reanimated body of a twelve-year-old boy. He had blonde hair, dirty with blood and soot, and the rest of his body was covered with the same stuff.
“Because I can fucking talk?” The boy questioned and then immediately doubled back. “Wait, I didn’t mean it like that! Mister, I’m sorry-”
“You’re dead,” Techno stated. “You are dead, right?”or
Uh, yeah, Tommy's dead. He's a zombie in a zombie apocalypse. But- but he can talk, I guess?
