Oboro Shirakumo goes back in time but is semi-fused with Kurogiri, emotions off the rails, his situation being complicated, earning more trauma on top of the other trauma, new view of the world ( hero society ), people around him being followed with bad luck, events keep sorta changing giving him a heartattack each time, etc. Not something he particularly asked but hey, he'll sure make the most of it.

Trigger was an odd drug. Kurogiri had often pondered what effects it would have on his own quirk. Maybe it would allow him to make more portals? Increase the size of them? Who knows.
Though, he'd always imagined that he would test it in a sterile lab with someone to interfere if anything undesirable happened if he ever decided to pursue that train of thought.
He never wouldn't have wanted it to happen in a gang fight.
Or: Shirakumo just wants to keep to himself and do his vigilante gig on the side, but a certain hero won't leave him alone.

Izuku Midoriya has not had the. . .best life.
He is quirkless, his childhood friend beats him, his mother completely ignores him, and almost everyone either despises or merely tolerates him.
Today was one of the worst yet.
He found out his girlfriend, aka one of the only people who actually cared about him, cheated on him with his childhood bully, was beaten up, told to jump off a roof, attacked by some random slime villain and told by the number one hero that he could never become a hero.
Oh, he also found some sort of magical staff and merged with it and now has several entities he can talk and interact with in his mind.
Maybe he could be a hero yet.
Or: Izuku becomes the leader of a group of vigilantes, gets adopted by the U.A. Faculty, and becomes a hero under the guidance of spirits in his head and the notorious hero killer while gathering a harem without realizing

Kurogiri has had enough of this. He's done playing by All for One's rules. So, he quits. And he's taking his newly acquired noumu family with him.
Aizawa didn't ask for these annoyances to stick to him like glue. As if reforming a teenage vigilante he caught wasn't enough work, now he has to deal a brawler, the embodiment of attitude problems, and his self proclaimed new assistant.
Chisaki was full of regrets about how he abandoned his now dead boss's granddaughter. He figured that maybe helping other kids out will help him atone. So he adopted a kid with too smart of a mouth to stay out of trouble, an orphan who wants to follow in his parents' footsteps, and a girl on the verge of a mental breakdown.
Meanwhile, Shigaraki needs a new babysitter. Geten will probably do a good job, even if he is friends with a pyromaniac on the pettiest revenge quest ever.
A butterfly flapping its wings can change history. How much more if you move the butterfly?
