Summary
The sandwing succession war has gone on for years and under a mountain; 6 guardians, five dragons and one human, have collected seven eggs containing the dragonets of destiny and will be raised alongside a human to end the war.
This will stray miles from what is cannon and is mainly so I can practice writing and get used to writing dragons in various ways. I also haven't read the books but know the story via wiki so my information may be off to begin with.
